Grove Arcade is an iconic mixed use building that occupies an entire city block in the heart of downtown Asheville. 

Originally developed in the 1920’s and redeveloped in 2003, the approximately 250,000 square foot historically landmarked building consists of retail, restaurants, office and high end residential.
